Psychiatry and Psychosomatic Medicine
We handle all types of psychiatric disorders, including depression, anxiety disorders, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, dementia, and somatoform disorders. We also provide consultations for independence support, disability certificates, and disability pensions. If you are currently visiting another clinic, please bring a referral letter. Second opinions are also welcome.
Internal medicine
We provide care for general internal medicine conditions, including lifestyle-related diseases (hypertension, dyslipidemia, diabetes), digestive disorders, respiratory diseases, cardiovascular diseases, and infectious diseases. If advanced treatment is required, we will refer you to a nearby general hospital.

We collaborate with Meitetsu Hospital and Shippo Hospital to conduct detailed examinations and provide treatment for dementia.
Smoking cessation clinic
We will perform addiction treatment using nicotine patches.
≪ごあいさつ≫
Our clinic was established in 1993 by my father as a pediatrics and internal medicine clinic.
I used to work as a psychiatrist at a university hospital, but I joined the practice in 2020 and obtained several qualifications in internal medicine. Following my father's retirement, we remodeled the clinic in 2025 to specialize in psychiatry, internal medicine, and psychosomatic medicine.
Regarding psychiatry and psychosomatic medicine, we are able to provide diagnosis and treatment at the university hospital level. As for internal medicine, we will address all kinds of illnesses as a family physician.
I hope to help you stay physically and mentally healthy until the age of 100. I will sincerely provide medical care to the best of my ability.

≪Clinic Logo≫
Nakamura Ward in Nagoya City has many place names associated with Toyotomi Hideyoshi,
Sennari also comes from Hideyoshi's horse-taman ornament, the sennari hyotan (thousand gourds). Our clinic's logo was created by arranging a gourd.
